Celina Reed
Celina Reed Instructor Celina Reed began her kettlebell training with Dr. Cheng alongside her kung fu brothers and sisters, learning the fine physical art of kettlebells and combat Shuai-Chiao (Chinese Wrestling). As a martial arts instructor, she is always looking for new ways to challenge herself and is constantly striving to find new and effective ways to train her students. After many training sessions with Dr. Cheng, she has fully embraced the system behind kettlebell training.

Celina Reed is currently a 2nd degree black belt and instructor in 7-Star Preying Mantis Kung Fu at the California Martial Arts Academy in Rancho Santa Margarita (South Orange County). She officially earned her RKC certification directly from Pavel Tsatsouline in August 2008.
