Contact us

Please drop us a line to get started with your own training and transformation.

Email is the way in. There is no booking system and no phone queue — a message goes to a person.

[email protected]

We are also available for group workshops and seminars — see seminars and workshops for the subjects covered and the organisations taught.

What to include

You will get a more useful reply if your first message covers four things:

  1. Where you are. Which part of Los Angeles or Southern California, so you can be pointed at the nearest instructor.
  2. Your experience. Complete beginner, some kettlebell exposure, or experienced and chasing something specific.
  3. Any injuries or medical constraints. This changes the answer more than anything else on the list. Say it up front rather than at the first session.
  4. What you actually want. Group classes, private sessions, a workshop for an organisation, or just a question.

Contacting an instructor directly

Instructors run their own schedules independently, so if you already know who you want to train with, going directly to them is faster. Contact details, where available, are on each instructor’s page:

Media and workshop enquiries

For workshops, agency or organisational training, and media enquiries, use the same address and say so in the subject line. For Dr. Cheng’s own programmes, courses, and commercial products, go directly to drmarkcheng.com.

Before you write

How do I book a kettlebell session?

Email [email protected] with your location, experience level, any injuries, and what you are looking for. There is no online booking system — sessions are arranged directly with the instructor who covers your area.

Is there a phone number or physical address?

No. Kettlebells Los Angeles has never operated a storefront gym — instructors teach in parks, studios, and private settings across Southern California, and each runs their own schedule. Email is the contact route.

How quickly will I get a reply?

This is a small operation rather than a staffed business, so allow several days. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, contacting the individual instructor nearest you is usually faster than going through the general address.

Can you train people outside Southern California?

For in-person training, no — but two alternatives work. Dr. Cheng offers remote consultations and coaching through drmarkcheng.com, and the StrongFirst instructor directory will find a certified instructor near you almost anywhere in the world.
