Private Training

For individuals who may not feel ready to join in group classes or would prefer the more focused experience of personal training, Kettlebell Los Angeles is pleased to offer one-on-one private training, as well as semi-private training for groups of 4 or less. Sessions last roughly 45 – 55 minutes and are geared towards your exact level of experience, helping you learn and improve your technique so that you can train more safely and achieve better results in less time.

We have both male and female instructors with a wide variety of backgrounds to suit every ability level and background. We also have instruction available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.
