Kettlebell Training

Want to move explosively like an animal, have mutant-like strength, create long and lean muscles like a yoga master, have energy to last all day long, and free yourself from the burdens of injury?

Then come and join in on any of our group classes in your neck of the woods. We’ve got classes from KBLA-trained instructors all over Southern California!

The Kettlebells Los Angeles experience.

If you’re the private type and require a little more discretion, our instructors will be glad to accomodate you with private and semi-private training as well.

And if you have need for a special workshop that’s geared towards particular subjects, such as kettlebell training for injury rehabilitation or prehabilitation, kettlebell and bodyweight training methods for tactical personnel (police, law enforcement, firefighters, first-responders, & armed forces personnel), or executive wellness programs, Dr. Cheng may be able to accomodate you personally.

Kettlebells Los Angeles fully appreciates the contributions and sacrifices that our police, fire, and armed forces personnel make in order to keep us safe & sound. Any active duty member of those groups can train at ANY Kettlebells Los Angeles event for 50% off the regular price.
